The extensive TOM game collection offers a variety of engaging challenges that require cleverness and skill from players. The objective revolves around helping TOM acquire his favorite strawberry jam sandwich with honey, often by navigating through different adventures. Alongside TOM's friends, players are invited to assist him in overcoming obstacles and progressing through the series of games.

The animated games are designed for children aged 3 to 133, providing accessible gameplay combined with entertaining storylines. In these stories, TOM embarks on numerous adventures: slipping into a valley with Buba the turtle, taking a hot air balloon ride with a young girl, being rescued by water fish, or soaring through the air from the observation tree. Despite only ever obtaining half a strawberry jam sandwich with honey at the end of each game, TOM finds this experience so satisfying as if he had the whole sandwich.

The TOM films are successfully broadcast as a television series on KiKA, created by acclaimed animator Andreas Hykade and produced by Studio FILM BILDER, with co-production by SWR. The series features the voice talent of Dirk Bach. Complementing the TV episodes are co-produced films available on iTunes Store, such as "TOM & her friends" and "Exploring TOM Land".

In "TOM's World," children encounter familiar characters from the films and become part of TOM’s adventures. They can navigate TOM freely through his environment and interact with his friends in various gameplay scenarios. The user interface is straightforward enough for young children to operate comfortably, yet the games keep players engaged with stimulating surprises that even parents find entertaining. Rest assured, the games are both child-appropriate and educationally beneficial.

The free version of the app includes three games. For €1.59, additional content can be unlocked, expanding the world by three more games each time. This incremental approach gradually increases the game’s richness, ultimately offering a total of 12 different games. Once children have collected all 12 strawberry jam sandwiches with honey, a special surprise awaits them.
